After you do long toss do players still have regular infield out field practice? Basically what’s after long toss as far as practice is concerned?

Our 14U team uses a throwing progression (e.g. wrist snaps, one-knee T, two-knee T, etc.) when playing catch into long toss. Do you recommend this approach, or simply just start by playing standing catch?

Long toss was part of the game even back in the mid to late 90s. We warned up with it in high school.

I used this video in practice one time when I was in high school in like 2010 and when I was warming up, I had the best warm up ever. I wasn't concerned about my teammates I wasn't concerned about throwing the ball all over the place, I was extremely focused and I did not miss my throwing partner not one time. I don't know all of what this training included or what was exactly being done to my mind, but it made a difference, a big difference. I was blessed athletically and I did a lot of training with your j bands and also on the hitting side I did a lot of training and just physically did a lot of training, but my mental always got in the way of my talent. I am an overthinker it does not matter if I'm on the field in the classroom or a regular life that's what I do but I would never forget what this video did for me in high school at that practice that I had. Can you explain a little bit about what the target is with this video and on the scientific and physiological level what this type of training is doing to our body and mind?
